  • A new dwelling in a settlement in Herefordshire, following initial refusal.

  • A garden extension and alterations to curtilage listed structures in a village near Worcester.

  • Two apartments within a Grade II listed commercial building in St Johns, Worcester

  • Change of use from a House in Multiple Occupation to two flats in Worcester.

  • Change of use of a dwelling to two flats in London.
